Predictions typically fall within ±6–10 dB of measured reality but real environments may differ due to factors not modeled (3D effects, metal furniture, multi-floor leakage, capacity contention). You can cancel the Annual plan anytime from the Stripe billing portal (linked on the pricing page under “Manage or cancel your subscription”); cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
